When referencing Planning Department documents:
- Italicize the full title (as list in the abstract), including text within parentheses.
- On second and subsequent references, give the document a short name (capitalized) that makes it readily identifiable. Do not italicize the short name.
- Below are the formal titles for some commonly cited documents. The dates, in brackets....
