Planning Department Document Titles

When citing Planning Department documents:

  1. Italicize the full title. The year of publication appears (unitalicized) as the first word of the document.
  2. On second and subsequent references, give the document a short name (capitalized) that makes it readily identifiable. Do not italicize the short name.
  3. Example: 1st reference - 2000 Approved Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment for the Addison Road Metro Town Center and Vicinity, 2nd reference - Addison Road Metro Plan
